Your credit card will be charged monthly on the day when the subscription first kicks in.

For example, you start a subscription on 18 July. You will be charged next on 18 August and so on.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. However for a subscription period of less than 6 months there will be a shipping fee of $35 for returning the bike.

To cancel your subscription, please email (subscription@pedal.sg) or text us at +65 89097040, so that we can arrange for the bike pickup at the same time.

It’s time for an exchange when you have maxed out the height of the seatpost and your child looks cramp in the cockpit.

Please email (subscription@pedal.sg) or text us at +65 89097040 and we’ll deliver the next level bike and pick up the old one at the same time.

There is no additional cost for an upgrade. The next subscription bill will reflect the fee of the bigger bike.

We service the bike with every return and at the same time, assess if there’s any damages to the bike. If there are damages above and beyond normal wear and tear, we will bill the amount of repairs, spare parts replacement and labour.

If your bike is stolen, we will bill you the difference between the retail price of the bike and the subscription fee of that particular model paid to date.

If you are leaving Singapore, there are 2 options:

i) Cancellation - you can cancel your subscription and return the bike to us or, 

ii) Option-to-purchase - pay the difference between the retail price and the subscription fee of that particular model paid to date and you can bring it along with you!
