Standard Warranty
Frog Bikes' offer a standard warranty which is for 2 years on all frames, forks, parts & paintwork. (This excludes tyres & inner tubes). Suspension forks come with a standard warranty of 2 years and are not included in the Warranty Plus offer. Note: Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for further detail.

Free Warranty Plus
Frog Bikes’ also offer a FREE extended warranty of 5 years on frames and forks (excluding suspension forks on MTBs) if you complete and submit the Warranty Plus application form within 28 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: The Frog Warranty only applies to the original owner. It does not apply if the bike is subsequently sold on. Accessories sold on www.frogbikes.com have separate manufacturer's warranties.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

THE WARRANTY: extends from the date of purchase; applies only to genuine Frog bicycles sold originally by Frog Bikes and if proof of purchase is provided; is offered only to the original owner, and is not transferable to any subsequent owner if bought second-hand. Please note that for leased or hire bicycles the warranty is limited to 12 months, all other conditions apply.

IT EXCLUDES: Any defect in the Goods arising from: fair wear and tear, assembly, maintenance, any modification of the frame, fork, or components from the original specifications or any installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to operate or use the Goods in accordance with the user manual; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.

Easy! Select a time slot of your choice and make the payment online. Our classes can be purchased as single classes whenever you want to work those muscles.

It's a small class with only 4 participants and a trainer. A minimum of 2 participants will be required to start a class. 

We wouldn’t ask anyone for their age, but will recommend a comfortable range in height between 150 and 195 cm, while the maximum rider weight is 100kg. 

We have seen some people learning it pretty quickly, while others take a little more time. Considering that you are standing and riding at the same time, there is a fair amount of balancing that you might have to grasp. So we will recommend that you cut yourself some slack and throw in a little more practice time.

Classes at Pedal will start right on time so we’ll recommend that you arrive 10 minutes earlier to register and gear up.

Yes! We do have lockers for you to store your personal belongings. But they are probably not big enough for your shopping! Please do your best to only bring what you need for the class and leave your jewels at home.

Fitness wear with tights or shorts are recommended to avoid fabric near the pedals. Comfortable trainers are a must, no slippers please.

Surething, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment from the link on your confirmation email. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your class to be eligible for a full refund. There will be no refund if the cancellation is done within 48 hours.
